ABOUT JOHN

John was born and raised in the Ottawa area.  He started in carpentry at the young age of 10 helping out his dad.  In his later teens he worked for different companies, ultimately earning a Master Carpentry License.

In a long career, he has prided himself on doing quality work.  He can tackle almost any home repair or renovation task — and knows the Building Code like the back of his hand!  He is always striving to learn more — to serve you better.   

For more than 20 years John has been an amateur astronomer who has led the popular “Tour the Night Sky” events for the public.  He’s also an avid old school lp music collector.
